Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vehicles to company standards
• Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Upsell memberships, wash packages, and additional products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist customers with questions and service selections

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Previous car wash or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
