Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plate rolling machines, press brakes, or similar equipment to bend, roll, or form metal plates according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Use overhead cranes, clamps, hooks, and chains to safely lift, load, position, and unload heavy steel plates.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, job orders, and work instructions to determine machine adjustments, material requirements, and tolerances.
• Monitor the machine during operation, adjust settings (e.g., pressure, speed, rolls/dies), and ensure the product meets flatness, shape, and dimensional requirements.
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, tapes, squares, etc.) and inspect finished parts for defects, burrs, or deviations.
• Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on machines
