Salary: $16.50- $20

Development: Designing and implementing creative, age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on literacy, numeracy, social skills, and motor development. Classroom Management: Maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment that complies with health and licensing regulations. Instruction & Supervision: Leading classroom activities, providing direct care, and supervising assistant teachers or aides to ensure a team-teaching approach. Assessment & Reporting: Tracking individual child progress and conducting regular parent-teacher conferences to discuss development. Child Development: Fostering social-emotional growth, including teaching conflict resolution, sharing, and self-help skills

 

Long term CDA, Associates, Bachelors in education, human development, psychology or any related field!

 

CDA $16.50 to start $17 after 90 days!        Bachelors $19 to start and $20 after 90 days!
