We are looking for an experienced Safety Trainer - Temporary Contract / Seasonal in the Greater Toronto Area to help organizations create safer work environments. In this role, you will deliver impactful safety training programs that align with our mission to promote workplace well-being and compliance. This position is based in the Greater Toronto Area and offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities:

    - Deliver and instruct engaging safety training sessions tailored to client needs.
    - Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve program content.
    - Collaborate with clients to identify safety training requirements.
    - Maintain accurate records of training activities and certifications.
    - Stay updated on the latest occupational health and safety regulations.
    - Promote a culture of safety awareness within client organizations.

Qualifications:

    - Proven experience in occupational health and safety training or related field.
    - Strong knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and best practices.
    - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    - Ability to assess learner needs and adapt training methods accordingly.
    - Certification in occupational health and safety is preferred.
    - Experience with construction environments is advantageous.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    - Must have a personal vehicle to travel to training locations.
