Marketing Content Specialist - Three Month Temporary Assignment - $30.00 - $40.00 (DOE)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a cutting‑edge innovator in life‑science fluidics, microfluidics, and optical technologies, for a temporary Marketing Content Specialist.

This role is responsible for consolidating, validating, and organizing product and technical data to enable the refresh of high-impact marketing assets. The position requires strong Microsoft Office suite, communication skills, with acute attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness across multiple data sources.

What you get to do:

• Review and update existing marketing materials (primarily PDFs and legacy documents)
• Validate and update product specifications and technical data
• Gather and organize engineering drawings and supporting materials
• Identify and reconcile new, existing, and obsolete product information
• Consolidate data into structured, user-friendly formats (Excel-based)
• Prepare finalized datasets for handoff to external agencies for brochure and collateral production
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure data accuracy

What you need to be successful:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data aggregation, validation, structuring)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working with technical, product, or catalog-based information

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM

Pay: $ 30.00 - $40.00 (DOE)
