Express Employment Services has several career opportunities available for dependable general laborers for one of our valued clients.  Our client is seeking motivated candidates to perform hands-on labor tasks in crawlspaces and confined work areas, including insulation work, debris removal, and basic repairs.  

 
General Labor (Crawlspace) Responsibilities:

• Perform physical labor in crawlspaces and other confined spaces
• Remove debris, damaged materials, and insulation from work areas
• Install or replace insulation, vapor barriers, and other materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines, especially in confined spaces
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and general site cleanup

  
Qualifications:

• Previous general labor or construction experience preferred
• Ability to work in tight spaces and physically demanding environments
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (50+ lbs)
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus
