Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Customer Service Representative for a client in the Mattoon area. This is Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM, with pay at $18.00/hr. This is a long-term, permanent position with full-time hours.   

 

Job Duties:

- Answering phones and helping customers

- Data Entry

- Managing customer accounts and updating account information

- Addressing any account issues and taking payments

- Any other basic office duties as needed
