We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Manager to oversee onsite safety operations and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of identifying hazards, implementing safety protocols, and fostering a culture of "Safety First" among our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily onsite safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.

• Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

• Lead safety meetings (Toolbox Talks) and provide ongoing training to field staff.

• Investigate all incidents, near-misses, and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate safety documentation, including incident reports, training logs, and equipment inspections.

• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate safety into daily production goals.

Required Qualifications

• Certification: MUST HAVE OSHA 30 (Construction or General Industry).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety-related role within construction or manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and hazard recognition.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence behavior at all levels.

• Proficiency in maintaining digital records and safety documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• First Aid/CPR Certification.

• Experience with high-volume industrial or construction environments.
