Demand Forecasting Analyst

Salary: $50K-$85K (DOE)

Full time Temp - Perm position for DEMAND FORECASTING ANALYST (FINANCIAL ANALYST)

 

Responsible for delivering accurate data-drive forecast to meet customer demand, optimize inventory and drive business growth.  Develop & maintain statistical demand forecasts across SKU's, customer and channels. Partner with Sales and Marketing to incorporate promotions, launches and market intelligence into forecasts.

 

This role plays a critical part in the FORWISE process by aligning crossfunctional inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure we 'Know Our Numbers' and execute with excellence. The analyst partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align forecasts with market dynamics, promotional activity, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate translates complex data into actionable insights, supporting a goal-oriented culture and reinforcing our commitment to customer service and operational excellence.

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or analytics (CPG preferred)
• Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• Experience with ERP and forecasting systems (SAP, New Horizon, or similar)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex datasets and multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Must be a skilled crossfunctional collaborator.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights for a wide range of audiences

Bilingual (Spanish & English) is required as this position will communicate with Mexico suppliers
