Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking reliable and detail-oriented candidates for Pemming openings in Osceola, WI. Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $17.00/Hour

Schedule: Mon–Thurs 5:45 AM–4:15 PM + OT Fridays

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Operate pemming equipment to install fasteners, studs, and hardware into sheet metal components

• Read and interpret basic blueprints, work orders, and production specifications

• Inspect finished parts to ensure proper installation and quality standards are met

• Maintain accurate production records and follow established work instructions

• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred

• Ability to read basic measurements and use hand tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 40 lbs

• Reliable attendance and positive work attitude
