Maintenance / Make Ready Technician
Location: Alexandria, LA
Pay: $15–$18/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are currently hiring a Maintenance / Make Ready Technician for a local company in Alexandria. This is a full-time position with a steady weekday schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing units for new tenants
• Completing basic maintenance and repairs
• Painting, cleaning, and general upkeep
• Assisting with overall property maintenance
