Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually + commission; paid training included

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:00AM–5:00PM

About the Position: Express Employment Professionals is seeking a driven and energetic Business Developer / Territory Manager to join our Denver team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and positioning Express as the preferred staffing partner in the region. You will act as the face of our organization—prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and partnering closely with our recruiting team to deliver high‑quality workforce solutions. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused, goal‑oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities: • Prospect and generate new business by identifying companies that need staffing support and conducting high‑volume outreach through cold calling, emailing, and networking • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision‑makers to understand their staffing challenges • Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contract terms to close new business • Develop targeted sales strategies for assigned industries or territories to achieve revenue goals • Conduct on‑site client visits, discovery meetings, and facility tours to understand workplace environments and job requirements • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure talent solutions align with client needs • Grow existing accounts by identifying additional staffing opportunities and ensuring long‑term client satisfaction • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to position Express as a trusted staffing partner

Qualifications/Personal Attributes: • High energy, positive attitude, and a strong team‑focused mindset • Excellent communication, networking, and customer‑service skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt quickly in a fast‑moving environment • Professional presence in person, over the phone, and via email • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and basic social media platforms • High school diploma or GED required; four‑year degree preferred • Sales, staffing, or recruiting experience is a plus but not required—we provide paid training for the right candidate • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify high‑value opportunities
