Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Assembly Technicians for a cutting-edge manufacturing company in Valdosta, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working with advanced technology in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and install vessel systems, harnesses, and sub-assemblies
• Perform testing and inspections on completed assemblies
• Read and interpret assembly diagrams and technical documentation
• Conduct quality checks to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Complete production and process documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Use proper PPE, tools, and material handling equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement and team meetings
• Assist with prototype builds and new product development

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of manufacturing, assembly, boat manufacturing, or related experience preferred
• Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Basic computer skills required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with OSHA and manufacturing safety standards preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
• May require occasional overtime or weekend work

Location: Valdosta, GA

Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 7 AM - 4 PM
