Shift Schedules

1st Shift

Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

2nd Shift

Monday – Friday
2:30 PM – 10:45 PM

Pay

Starting at $22/hr
Pay may increase depending on position, experience, and skill level.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary by position but may include:

• Operating CNC, grinding, or milling machinery
• Reading measurements, blueprints, and work instructions
• Inspecting finished metal products for quality and accuracy
• Moving raw materials and finished products throughout facility
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Loading/unloading materials and maintaining inventory flow
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Meeting production and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred for material handling positions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and teamwork required
