Primary Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery during production
• Perform routine machine adjustments and minor mechanical repairs
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Load materials and inspect finished products for quality standards
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic mechanical service tasks
• Maintain production records and communicate equipment concerns to supervisors
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and production guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Previous machine operator or mechanical experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to use basic hand tools and perform minor repairs
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Compensation: $18–$20/hr (Benefit Package Available)
