Express Employment Professionals is hiring motivated Production Workers for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Nashville, IL. The client is looking for dependable employees with close to perfect attendance during the first 90 days of employment.

We are currently hiring for multiple departments including:

• Molding
• Assembly
• Paint Load
• Paint Unload
• Paint Repair / Inspection / Masking

Job Duties Include:

• Assembling automotive parts
• Loading and unloading production lines
• Inspecting products for quality defects
• Using handheld scanners
• Applying protection films and masking materials
• Preparing finished products for shipment

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable transportation strongly preferred

Shift Options Available:

1st Shift

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 7:00am – 3:00pm

2nd Shift

• 3:00pm – 11:00pm
• 4:00pm – 12:00am

3rd Shift

• 10:00pm – 6:00am
• 11:00pm – 7:00am
• 11:30pm – 7:30am
• 11:45pm – 7:45am
