Position Details:

Type: Evaluation Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Omaha
Pay: Up to $19/hour + Commission Opportunities

Job Duties:

• Engage prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule appointments and conduct engaging property tours
• Assist with marketing efforts, including social media support
• Ensure guests feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the showing process
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information in scheduling systems
• Guide applicants through the leasing and onboarding process

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Marketing or social media experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and professional demeanor
