Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support daily warehouse and inventory operations involving robotics components, parts, and plastic materials. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing stock, tracking incoming and outgoing materials, and ensuring inventory processes run efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Track, organize, and maintain inventory of robotics parts and plastic sheet materials
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments and materials
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare inventory for shipping or internal distribution
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse or inventory management systems
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages
• Organize warehouse storage areas to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
• Support general warehouse and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

• Prior inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience required
• Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse software preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable
• Basic computer and data entry skills required
