Fiscal Supervisor
Pay: $18.17-$19.66 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Location: Mt. Gilead, OH
Position Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fiscal Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support the organization’s financial goals through strong leadership and organization skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily accounting and financial activities
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and reconciliations
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Assist with audits and month-end/year-end closing procedures
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management
- Train and support accounting staff as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Corresponds with Director’s office, County Commissioner and Auditor’s office
- Works closely with ODOT
- Attends all required meetings
Qualifications:
- Previous accounting or fiscal management experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with accounting software preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Knowledge:
- Ohio driving laws
- Automotive operations/practices
- Safety Practice
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time position
- Pay: $18.17 to $19.66 per hr. based off experience
