Seasonal General Labor – Grain Facility
Winona, MN
$20.00/hour
Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM–3:00 PM
Frequent overtime until 5:00/5:30 PM + Saturdays expected during peak season
Seasonal Position: May through November (minimum guaranteed through early June)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• General plant cleaning including sweeping walkways, grates, and rail areas
• Assisting with unloading grain trucks over grates
• Using a rubber mallet to loosen grain from truck beds
• Testing grain products and entering data into the computer system
• Entering truck ticket information accurately
• Lifting and moving 50 lb. bags regularly
• Performing additional general labor duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills for data entry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Steel-toed shoes required
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
