Salary: $25.00 to $30.00/hour

Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a commercial construction company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent, evaluation hire opportunity. Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Compensation starts at $25.00 to $30.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support for multiple active construction projects
  • Manage and route a high volume of daily email correspondence (100+ emails/day)
  • Review blueprints and drawings for completeness and correct versioning
  • Organize, categorize, and maintain electronic and physical project documentation
  • Assist with document control, including saving, filing, and distributing project files
  • Support project managers and office staff with routine administrative tasks

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of administrative experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, approachable demeanor with a customer-service mindset
  • Construction or related industry experience preferred, but not required
