Schedule: Must be available to work all shifts.

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM 

Monday - Friday with overtime and Saturdays as needed

A leading global flexible packaging manufacturer is seeking dependable and safety-focused General Labor associates to support production and warehouse operations. This position involves baling, palletizing, and preparing finished products according to customer specifications and company safety standards. Candidates must be flexible to work day, swing, and overnight shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. General Labor Responsibilities:

• Stack bundles weighing 10-50 lbs onto pallets according to print requisitions
• Bale products from multiple machine lines during each shift
• Use vacuum lift equipment to move heavier bales safely
• Wrap bundles using Kraft paper, tape, and strapping equipment
• Inspect pallets and verify customer order information, including UPC codes and item numbers
• Ensure bale printing is clear and readable
• Notify supervisors of products that do not meet specification
• Clear machine lines and palletize finished products
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain a clean work area
• Use manual pallet jacks as needed
• Sort and organize pallets throughout the shift

General Labor Requirements:

• Must have open availability for all shifts, including day, swing, and overnight schedules
• Must be available for overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Ability to lift and handle bundles weighing 10-50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to safely operate vacuum lift equipment and pallet jacks
• Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toed shoes
• Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies
• Report injuries, safety concerns, or incidents immediately
