What You’ll Be Doing

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery
  • Perform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns
  • Install and commission new equipment
  • Diagnose issues with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Fabricate and replace defective parts as needed
  • Perform welding tasks and general mechanical repairs
  • Support production by ensuring equipment runs efficiently and safely

What You Bring

  • ✅433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) License (required)
  • ✅ 3+ years of experience in a heavy industrial environment
  • ✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • ✅ Welding experience
  • ✅ Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems (asset)
  • ✅ Ability to work independently and within a team
  • ✅ Flexible to work 3-shift rotation (days, afternoons, midnights)

Schedule

🕒 Rotating shifts (8-hour shifts):

  • Midnights  
  • Afternoons  
  • Days

(Overtime as required)
