Bilingual (Spanish/English) Shipping Clerk – 1^st Shift

Tucker company needs a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Shipping Clerk for a full-time position that can be permanent for the right person. Requires someone with 3+ years of warehouse experience (Preferably Shipping Experience), able to operate a forklift, and able to read a measuring tape to 1/16”.

Job Duties:

• Pick items from storage areas by following picking orders
  • Match order information in order cards with information on picked items to ensure conformity
  • Operate forklifts to pick heavy boxes and transport them to checking areas
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
  • Assemble wood and cardboard containers or pick pre-assembled containers
  • Attach identifying information and delivery instructions on containers
  • Organize records of goods shipped

Requirements:

• MUST BE ABLE TO READ A TAPE MEASURE TO 1/16”
• Able to do basic math including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Able to operate a sit-down forklift
  • 3+ years warehouse experience (Preferably Shipping Experience)
• MUST BE BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH)

 

Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
