Event Setup Crew – Canopies, Tables & Equipment

An event rental company is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Event Setup Crew. This role is responsible for the delivery, setup, and breakdown of event equipment including canopies, dance floors, tables, and chairs for a variety of events.

Pay: $18.00 per hour+ DOE
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, and Seasonal positions available

Key Responsibilities

• Load, transport, set up, and tear down event rental equipment
• Install tents/canopies, dance floors, tables, chairs, and related items
• Ensure equipment is installed safely, securely, and according to layout plans
• Perform basic care and inspection of equipment before and after events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and job sites
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Provide professional and courteous service at customer locations
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry 50–80 pounds frequently
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable working on a team in fast-paced environments
• Basic mechanical skills or experience using hand tools preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred (CDL a plus but not required)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
