📍 Colorado Springs Area | 🕒 Full-Time (M–F) | 💼 6-Month Contract (ongoing potential)

We’re partnering with a well-established public-sector organization to bring on a Construction Project Manager to support a high-priority portfolio of capital improvement and infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity to step into an active project environment and make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead construction and capital improvement projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to keep projects on track
• Manage schedules, budgets, and project deliverables across multiple initiatives
• Oversee design development, construction activities, and quality assurance
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, regulatory agencies, and external partners
• Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with project scope and standards

Project Environment

• Work on a diverse mix of infrastructure and environmental projects
• Exposure to unique job sites, including outdoor and high-elevation locations
• Hands-on role with both office coordination and field oversight responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Background in civil, infrastructure, or capital improvement projects
• Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, and contractors
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and agencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 💲 Pay: $41–$49/hr. DOE
• 📅 Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, standard daytime hours (project-dependent)
• ⏳ Duration: 6-month contract with strong potential for extension
• 📍 Location: Colorado Springs area (on-site required)
• 🚗 Driving required for site visits
