Duties:

• Assemble, align, and adjust components using a variety of hand and power tools while following detailed work instructions and production standards
• Inspect and verify materials against work orders or parts lists before accurately loading components into designated equipment or feeders
• Perform basic fitting and finishing tasks such as filing, crimping, trimming, or minor adjustments to ensure proper assembly and quality
• Use measuring devices and inspection tools to confirm accuracy, functionality, and product quality throughout the production process
• Follow all company safety policies, ESD procedures, and quality standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while assisting with routine equipment care and upkeep
• Work closely with supervisors and experienced team members to learn processes, follow direction, and support daily production goals

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with small components accurately
• Must have normal color vision and visual acuity (corrective lenses acceptable) to inspect and assemble parts effectively
• IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 certifications are a plus, but not required
