Customer Service Representative
Location : Culpeper, VA
We are seeking a dependable and professional individual for a customer service position. This person will be responsible for answering phone calls, assisting customers with questions or concerns, and providing excellent customer support. Additional duties may be assigned, and training/instructions will be provided on how to complete those tasks successfully.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and general support
Take messages and direct calls when necessary
Complete additional assigned tasks and administrative duties
Follow company procedures and instructions provided by management
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with customers and team members
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional phone etiquette
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
Basic computer and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Experience:Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule/Pay:Compensation: $20 to $22 based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday
