What You'll Be Doing

• Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and account issues in a professional manner

• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups

To Be Considered

• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer programs and data entry
• Ability to stay composed and professional in a high-volume environment
• Reliable attendance and a team-oriented attitude
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
