Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Lead:

• Works under minimal supervision to install HVAC equipment and accessories in the customer’s home.
• Installs heating, air conditioning, ventilation, as well as accessories in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications.
• Designs, fabricates, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Performs start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and other components.
• Delivers excellent customer service and sustains high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete the installation work.
• Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters.

Requirements Lead:

• Requires prior experience in a LEAD HVAC installation role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of the operational functionality of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment as well as related accessories.
• Proficient at installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as related accessories, successfully and with minimal supervision.
• Must have own tools.
• Must have EPA certification.
