Position Summary
The Kitchen Expeditor plays a critical role in supporting daily kitchen operations by ensuring 
efficiency, accuracy, and product quality. This position acts as a central point of coordination 
between kitchen teams, inventory processes, and production flow. Due to the operational 
importance of this role, the position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and 
flexibility during high-volume periods.
Primary Responsibilities
• Expedite kitchen operations to ensure timely and accurate preparation of food items
• Coordinate workflow between kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and minimize delays
• Rotate product and confirm freshness, quality, and proper date labeling
• Monitor inventory levels, check expiration dates, and ensure compliance with food safety 
standards
• Assist with organization and upkeep of kitchen and prep areas
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding priorities, timing, and production 
needs
• Support kitchen leadership during peak business periods and seasonal volume increases
Schedule & Availability
• Scheduled days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
• Scheduled hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Days off: Sunday and Wednesday
• Flexibility required for holidays, seasonal volume, and high-demand periods, which may 
include extended hours

Qualifications & Skills
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food production flow
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced environments
• High attention to detail, particularly with inventory rotation and date verification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in kitchen operations or expediting preferred
