Position Overview

A manufacturing company is seeking a reliable and hardworking Entry-Level Molding Sander to support production operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to get started in a hands-on manufacturing environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

The Molding Sander will be responsible for sanding, smoothing, and finishing molded parts to meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sand and smooth molded products to remove imperfections and ensure a clean finish
Inspect parts for defects and report any quality issues
Use hand tools and power tools (such as sanders and grinders) safely and effectively
Follow production guidelines and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with general production and manufacturing tasks as needed
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or labor experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to use basic hand tools and willingness to learn power tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
