Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Terre Haute, IN for a local apartment complex. The pay is $15-17/hr (depending on experience). The Maintenance Technician position is a full-time opportunity. 

 

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements: 

• ????????Performing routine maintenance
• ????????Applying preventative measures in building to reduce risk of problems in the future 
• ????????Painting, repairing household appliances, some drywall
• ????????Maintenance experience required 
• ????????HVAC/Plumbing, general handyman duties
