What is the opportunity?

 

We are recruiting a skilled spray foam insulation technician to join the local team of a regional insulation contractor.

 

How will you spend your time?

• Start each day reviewing your work assignment(s), to determine the equipment and supplies needed.
• Assemble and load your equipment and supplies.
• Inspect each project, assessing and preparing the project.
• Efficiently and effectively apply the foam insulation per the manufacturer's standards and project requirements.
• Upon completion, properly clean all equipment and the job site.
• Return to the warehouse, staging equipment and supplies in the proper location. 
• Maintain work records by project.

• 2+ years of full-time spray foam insulation experience.
• A record of efficient and effective job and quality management.
• Leadership and employee development skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Full physical ability to meet the varying demands of the job.

• Work Schedule: 6 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with optional overtime.
• Starting Compensation: from $25 hr., plus production incentive plan.
• Relocation Package: Negotiable.
