Packer – Production Associate

Position Summary

Our client is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packers to join their production team. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging nutritional supplements and food products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring all products meet company quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

Pack powders, capsules, bars, and other nutritional products into containers, boxes, or pouches.
Pack individual finished product packages accurately and efficiently.
Inspect products and packaging for defects, accuracy, and cleanliness.
Apply labels and verify product codes, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
Assemble cartons, seal boxes, and prepare products for shipping.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized packing station and production area.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or production line experience is preferred but not required.
Experience working on a production or packaging line is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and reliability.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
