Location: Ft Myers, FL

$19/hr | Monday–Friday | 6:30AM–3:00PM
Overtime Available & Required as Needed

 

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality?

 

We’re looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join a fast-paced manufacturing team where your work directly impacts product excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:
• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process
• Inspect parts for defects, finish quality, and non-conforming issues
• Record and analyze inspection and test data accurately
• Conduct floor audits and support continuous improvement efforts
• Help identify root causes of quality issues and corrective actions
• Communicate quality alerts and collaborate with production teams
• Ensure products meet company and industry standards

 

What We’re Looking For:
• Quality inspection experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong math and hand-eye coordination skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

 

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently and up to 80 lbs with assistance
• Must be comfortable standing, walking, and performing inspections throughout the shift
