Chemical Processing Technician

Express Employment is currently seeking a Chemical Processing Technician for a plating company in Tulsa, OK. This involves a combination of duties such as Aqueous Cleaning, Chemical Etching, Chromate Conversion Coating, Anodizing, Passivation, and Abrasive Blasting. Hours: 

-For training, you will work a first shift which is Monday-Thursday from 7AM-4:30PM and then Friday from 7AM-11AM. 

-Once you are fully trained, you will switch to PM hours and those exact hours are still being determined.

 

Pay: Base pay starts at $16/hour with no experience. Willing to pay higher for more qualifications met. 

 

Qualifications Needed and Job Responsibilities:

- Chemical processing of detailed parts to current specification requirements. 

-Be aware and informed of the chemicals you work with daily. 

-Knowledgeable of all pertinent customer/company specifications and international standards relating to standards, finishes, special processes, policies, processing, etc. 

-Process acceptable parts and passing all required evaluations.

-Document proper processes of parts to meet customer requirements. 

-Capable and willing to train other departmental employee. 

-Ability to work under minimal direction for the area supervisor.
