Crew Chief

Located in Kenosha, WI

Salary: $25.00/hr.

 

What You’ll Do

• Inspect damaged homes and businesses, then make a plan to restore them
• Lead and direct crews to get the work done right and on time
• Talk with homeowners and business owners, keeping them updated and reassured
• Keep records for billing and insurance
• Train and mentor new technicians
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment

• Someone who likes working hard and isn’t afraid to get dirty
• Strong leadership and communication skills—you can keep a team moving and talk with customers in tough situations
• Dependable and motivated—you show up, stay organized, and get the job done
• Driver’s license and high school diploma/GED required

Physical Requirements

This job can be tough at times—you’ll be lifting (up to 50 lbs on your own, more with help), climbing ladders, working in crawl spaces, standing for long periods, and sometimes dealing with chemicals.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Some evenings and overtime when emergencies happen
• On-call about one week per month
• Opportunities to travel nationwide as part of SERVPRO’s Storm Response Team (optional)
