Key Responsibilities

  •         Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips
  •          Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues promptly
  •          Accurately sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
  •          Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner
  •          Generate shipping labels and ensure proper documentation for outgoing orders
  •          Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.) to schedule pickups and deliveries
  •          Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and stock checks
  •          Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
  •          Ensure all shipments meet company quality standards and customer requirements
  •          Keep shipping and receiving areas clean, organized, and safe
  •          Assist with returns processing and restocking of merchandise
  •          Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and shipping compliance regulations
  •          Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding order status, delays, or inventory issues



Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
  • Basic warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
