CNC Programmer (Full-Time | Mon–Thurs 6AM–4:30PM)

We’re hiring an experienced CNC Programmer—this is not an operator position. You must be able to program parts independently from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and optimize CNC programs from blueprints
• Handle full programming process through prove-out
• Work with complex parts and tight tolerances

What We’re Looking For:

• CNC programming experience in a job shop environment
• Strong blueprint reading skills (required)
• GD&T knowledge required
• Experience with GDNT software
• Ability to work independently and manage projects

Schedule:

• 4-day work week: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay:

• $25–$30/hour, based on experience
