Job Details

We are hiring 2–3 dependable Production Associates for a short-term, 2-month special project. This role will involve working with a specific machine in a fast-paced environment. While prior machine operation experience is helpful, only a basic understanding is required. This is a labor-intensive position that requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with a specific production machine
• Remove molds as part of the production process
• Follow safety and operational procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently to meet production goals
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications / Requirements

• Basic understanding of machine operation (no extensive experience required)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing for long periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
