Project Manager – Electrical Construction

Location: Mission, TX (Multiple Job Sites)
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects in the Mission, TX area. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and a solid background in construction project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of assigned projects from planning through completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure all inspections, safety regulations, and quality standards are met
  • Oversee project logistics, materials, and workflow coordination
  • Identify and resolve issues to maintain project progress
  • Provide regular updates on project status to management

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in electrical or construction
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Journeyman License preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, inspections, and job site operations
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred but not required

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Weekends as needed
