P&C Commercial Account Executive (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Base Pay: $70,000 – $85,000 + Commission

 

We are seeking an experienced P&C Commercial Account Executive to manage and grow an existing book of business. This is a relationship-driven role with strong earning potential, focused on client retention and expanding commercial coverage.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and service an established book of commercial clients
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue
• Handle renewals, endorsements, and coverage reviews
• Work across Cyber, General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Professional/Commercial policies
• Deliver high-level client service and build long-term relationships

Requirements:

• Active P&C Commercial License (required)
• 4 – 6 years of experience with commercial lines (GL, Workers’ Comp, Cyber, etc.)
• Strong communication and account management skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
