Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lab Technician to join our Quality Assurance team. The Lab Technician will be responsible for conducting various tests and analyses to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. This role involves working closely with the production and R&D teams to maintain the consistency and safety of our beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine chemical and microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and physical measurements of beverages.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Document test results accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to quality control procedures and standards.
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and media required for testing.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to laboratory testing.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document findings clearly.
