Inside Sales Specialist | Base + Commission

We’re growing and looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Waxahachie.

This role combines customer service, relationship management, staffing coordination, and inside sales in a fast-paced office environment. You’ll help local companies fill positions quickly while helping good people find meaningful work throughout Ellis & Southern Dallas Counties.

No staffing or recruiting experience required — we’re willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with clients, associates, and job seekers
• Fill open positions by matching qualified candidates with client needs
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Make outbound calls to associates and client accounts
• Help solve workforce challenges for local businesses
• Deliver a high level of customer service and responsiveness
• Work closely with our internal team to create positive experiences
• Keep organized records and maintain consistent follow-through

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable talking on the phone and building relationships
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-moving environment
• Coachable, dependable, and professional
• Customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, banking, or office experience is a plus
• Staffing experience is NOT required
