Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent Accounts Receivable Specialist!

Job Details:

• Pay Range - $18.00/HR - $24.00/HR (Depending on skills and experience)
• Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Full-time, permanent position.

Job Duties:

• Generate, review, and send customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Apply customer payments including cash, checks, ACH, and credit cards.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances.

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of accounts receivable or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
