Salary: $65 - $85k Annually DOE

Seeking a Service Manager for a local AV, Security, Surveillance company:

 

Summary

Service manager will oversee and lead the service department. Will be responisible for managing daily operations, coordinating technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

• Manage daily service operations and technicians shcedules

• Dispatch and coordinate service calls effeciently,

• Ensure accurate and tiemly completion of service tickets

• Coordinate with sales and project teams for seamless operations and more

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, twist, ect

Other Requirements:

• Previous experience in service management (low voltage, security, or AV industry preferred)

• Strong leadership and organizational tools, Excellent commication and problem solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, Experience with service management software (ConnectWise preferred)
