· Responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality)
· Manage all schedules and scope on all assigned projects
· Review and understand specs and fabrication drawings
· Communicate all schedule changes with clients, internal and external
· Ensure that production goals are communicated to the shop and field. Follow up on action plans to ensure they are taking place
· Create “what-If” scenarios to ensure the project is delivered on time
· Generate schedules for cost and resources
· Fully utilize Tekla Project Management features to include RFI’s, Submittals, Transmittals, Change Orders, drawing transmittals and associated follow up
· Update monthly billing for each assigned project
· Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting stringent deadlines
· Communicate with clients frequently
