Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM

Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to support our aerospace manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet strict quality standards through inspection, documentation review, and collaboration with internal teams and suppliers

Responsibilities

  • Understand the AS9100 international standard and the internal processes that are in place in accordance with the standard. 
  • Perform first article inspections in accordance with the AS9102.
  • Identify and segregate non-conforming product.
  • Documentation verification in accordance with the requirements on blueprints, purchase orders, et. 
  • Using multiple types of measuring equipment to verify product dimensionally meets the requirements. 
  • Effective communication skills while working with multiple internal departments and external suppliers. 

Qualifications / Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years minimum experience working in the aerospace industry. QA inspector background is preferred. 
  • Read and understand blueprints, have basic math skills and good manual dexterity. 
  • Moderate computer skills. Use of excel, word, enterprise resource planning system (ERP)
  • Must know English and be able to read and write in English.
  • Must have an attention to detail and be able to sit or stand for pro longed periods of time.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. 
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
