We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Frame Carpenter to join our team in the construction of high-quality wooden shipping crates. The ideal candidate will have experience with framing, measuring, cutting, and assembling lumber to precise specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Construct wooden shipping crates according to drawings, blueprints, or customer specifications

• Measure and cut lumber accurately using hand and power tools

• Assemble frames and panels securely for safe transport of goods

• Ensure structural integrity and quality of each crate

• Operate saws, nail guns, drills, and other woodworking tools safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Meet production deadlines while upholding safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry, framing, or crate construction

• Ability to read and interpret measurements and basic blueprints

• Skilled with hand tools and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
